Hirnstruktur und Hirnfunktion bei neuropsychiatrischen Erkrankungen
Kurzbeschreibung
Using MRI, fMRI and DTI we investigate neural processes underlying general brain function as well as neural alterations in different neuropsychiatric disorders with a strong focus on obsessive-compulsive disorder. We use univariate, multivariate and connectivity analyses to characterize the functional and structural changes in order to develop a better understanding of their relevance for the development and manifestation of specific symptoms or symptom dimensions.
